A bit disappointed on this occasion. I use pizza addict pretty much every week. I ordered my dood online and was given a time of 5:15, it got to 5:35 so i called to chaee up and was told my order wasn’t put through due to one i had tried to order the night before being declined and it wouldbe sent straight out. It arrived at 6:30 and was barely warm, i had to re-heat it in the microwave. Food is always lovely but yesterdays service was disappointing.

Pizza was supposed to be meat feast it had 10 bits of meat on the full thing, burger tasted like a microwave burger, mixed wrap chicken looked pink ????

They forgot child’s pizza then the pizza was wrong and the chilli was frozen they sent a new pizza out but forgot the chilli so the meal was only half eaten as I need chilli to eat the meat
