Really disappointed in the food tonight. Ordered our usual house special kebab with chips, chips tasted like they had been reheated and had a taste of polystyrene as did the meat. Wasn’t very tasty at all and pretty much all of it went into the bin, waste of money.

I am sad to say I did not eat my food !! I clearly stated in the notes for the order NO MUSHROOM ALERGY yet my food come with mushrooms all over it, I did try ring but got no answer, I then had to swap meals with my husband who had a sweet chilli pizza but again was not nice at all, was a real shame as I've had take aways from you since I was 14, but I'm afraid missing an alergy is a no go again for me

Order was accepted at 18.12 was due to arrive 19.22 but did not. Waited over 2 hours nothing turned up would not answer phone then changed the system to closed after trying to get through for an hour. Ended up with no food and some very hungry children. Never ordering again appalling service.

We order from Pizza Addict all the time and didn't mind waiting an hour for delivery as the food is always good. But this time it's been a let down. Every item of food was pretty cold. The chicken kebab wrap was soaking wet due to the salad and the chicken was cooked correctly. Quite disappointed.
